Sorry if this is the wrong group to post this in.
We currently have users who need to have email sent to our domain such as
nancy@example.com which is hosted by our Exchange server.   However, the user
actually needs to have that mail forwarded to their home ISP for various

Over the past few months I've noticed when creating an account, the mailbox
is not created.  The user account is created but not the mailbox..  This
occurred maybe 25% of the time.  After rebooting the mail server the mailbox
gets created.  Any ideas?

Due to a hardware failure I had to set up a new Exchange 2003 server on
a new server.  I removed the server in AD Sites & Services and it
installed ok.  Now when I go to set up a new user in AD I no longer get
the option to create an Exchange mailbox as I did before.
