Migrate Exchange 2000 to 2003 on new hardware ?28 Feb 2005 21:57 GMT3
I'm just starting the research to begin a migration and I was wondering if
anyone can lay down a brief detail of the main steps.
I have a Windows 2000 server running Exchange 2000
I want to move the Email to a server  hardware and upgrade to Exchange 2003
SMIME.P7M attachments sent to 2003 via 55 get stuck in the local delivery queue on 200328 Feb 2005 21:49 GMT1
Has anyone experienced this and is there a solution?

So far I've received a Standard edition media pack and an Enterprise edition
Service Pack CD.  What I need is the install media for the Enterprise
edition.  I have my licensing (from ASAP) and I'm running the eval version of
Enterprise, but ASAP doesn't seem to be able to gt me ...

I have a perfectly good .edb file. However it's impossible to mount.
Is there a utlity that can extract email from that flat .edb database?

We are running Exchange 2000 and Windows 2000.
When an employee leaves the company, we add their smtp address to a mailbox
so that all the internet sites they have registered with get delievered
there and then we can cleanup what's junk and what's valid mail.  This

I'm currently using exchange 2000 and have noticed that I'm unable to e-mail
contacts listed in the public folders through Outlook Web Access. The icon
to do so is simply grayed out. Is there some way to enable this

I am part way through a migration from Exchange 2000/Windows 2000 (server A)
to Exchange 2003/Windows/2003 (server B) on new hardware.
When inbound SMTP arrives as Server A for a user whos mailbox in on Server
B, the message is delivered in a semi-timley manner.
