Publishing Exchange 2007 OWA through ISA 2006 using internal CA.  Both ISA
and the CA are members of a Windows 2008 domain, and the CA is AD
integrated.  I created a star certificate; *.domain.com.
If I look at the certificate on the ISA server, the chain looks correct:

I'm having a hard time publishing an FTP server.
The server is set with no anonymous connections. Access to the server from
inside the network works. Users have the correct rights, both uopload and
download is fine.
