I installed the ISA 2006 Configuraton Storage server on a virtual server.
There were no errors during the installation. I am following a paper from
ISAServer.org called Installing ISA Server 2004 Enterprise Edition -

Failed Connection for SSL15 Feb 2010 21:18 GMT4
I have tried to set up a base Server 2004 to allow all traffic and then
block sites from there.  So basically I set up a rule to allow all traffic
from all protocols for all users.  That works great except for SSL sites.  I
constantly get Failed Connection Attempts for protocol ...

I set up NLB on to server and everything was working correctly
I then installed TMG on the two servers and now I get an RPC error stating
that the service is no runnig on the other server
I set up a rul that stated all inside and local have access to all inside
