I'm new to indexing service SDK. I'm using C++ to develop application for
searching a special type of files, which are encrypted (byte by byte
encription). Is it possible to search this kind of files? BTW, since I make
it encrypted, so I know the encryption methodology.

Hi!  I am having trouble querying Index Server from an ASP page.  Index
Server and IIS are running on the same machine.
I have successfully setup Index Server and a catalog and am able to query it
from the MMC console page.

We have implemented a custom IFilter, and the filter work fine with
Windows XP. We can search every single word contained in the files. But
when we test it in Windows 2000, it has problems. Seems the index
server doesn't load our filter at all! But we can search when use
