I need to index around 2,000-5,000 Word documents and PDFs scattered across
a mapped network drive that totals 600GB.
I would ideally like to do this using a MS Access database (stored on each

Index service, impersonation and ACLs26 Sep 2005 14:36 GMT1
For an intranet site we've created a search feature that is using an

we can set this up so that the result list is honoring the ACLs for the
currently impersonated user (I'm aware of KB 323293)? It ...

ASP.NET + OleDb: Meta Tags24 Sep 2005 18:14 GMT1
Please note I'm using ASP.NET and OleDb with SQL statements -- not the

Since ASP.NET pages submit back to themselves, can I still use an IDQ
file?  And if so, where do I place this file?

Thanks,

asp content and Index Server17 Sep 2005 21:53 GMT1
We are contemplating setting some metatags dynamically, such as some
Dublin Core meta info.
Will the server side scripts be parsed when Index Server scans the
pages, allowing them to be indexed properly?
