I have a trouble in a win2003 iis 6.0 environment and php5 installed. Some modules like mdb2 for mssql don't run , but in the same time scripts run properly in command line so it seems to be an IIS problem (IIS / PHP / config file )

The file pkgmgr.exe exists in the Windows\system32 directory on Vista. I have the following problem: 1/ When I run MMC 3 snapin, the OpenFileDialog() will not find (show) this file, neither the function File.Exists will find it.

I have a bunch of static public IPs on my webserver network adapter. When checking my outgoing IP from another location (whatismyipaddress .com for example) the IP reported changes sometimes .... normally after a server reboot for example.
