This is my first post here.  I have a web service that runs on IIS.
For the past couple months, the processes that call the web service
suddenly find that it is unavailable after running fine for between 1
and 2 weeks.  No one can access the web service after it becomes

We have a classic ASP (3.0) application running on Server 2003.  Every
so often our application seems to not be able to get to a virtual
directory.  We include a header.inc file through a virtual directory
