Gurus,
I have an application that runs on a machine on my LAN. Users on the lan
access it by navigating to the machine's IP address in IE.
Is there any way for me to allow some outside users to access this app., by

From time to time I have to deploy a new website onto my webservers. I just robocopy the new website into the wwwroot's. But in order for the website to work properly I have to add them to the default application pool.
Is there a way to make every (new) website automaticly join ...

We've just installed a new server with IIS and Perl.
With the new encarnation of the server, when we run CGI scripts,
"Content-type: text/html" is displayed at the top of every .cgi page.
What have I done wrong here and what do I need to do to correct it?

I was wondering how I get my system to send the emails that are in the Queue
folder in the Mailroot folder? I have a WinXP SP2 with IIS and I'm using an
ASP form. However, the emails are not being sent.

I'm able to publish the site on my server with FP03 without problem.
I'm able to connect to it using the domain name (which redirect to myIP:81)

I hav developed web application using ASP.net 2.0
there are just 2 pages only. Both are works fine in visual studio.
But same when i run on IIS 5.1 ....the page without session variable
works fine.

i have a Problem with my Web Server (Windows Server 2003 64bit).
When I try to call a website with the domain name like www.mysite.ext,
then the ie aks username and password, but when i call the site with
the ip or with localhost, it works.

I've just run the Security Configuration Wizard on a Windows 2003 Server SP2
(standard) with NLB running and now the NLB can't seem to connect to this
server. When I click Host Status in the NLB Manager it says 'Could not read

I just set up a new web server (IIS 6.0  Windows 2003) in order for my
developer to migrate some web apps from another server (also IIS 6, Windows
2003) to this one. But when I open the ISS manager on the new server, I am
not seeing the "Application Pool". Did I miss any steps ...
