We have a client that claims he cannot set his website addresses to be both
www.hissite.com and hissite.com
He claims it will cause issues intenally. I believe an A record in the DNS
will resolve both sites. Is this true or what approach should we take?

I am trying to install a public cert from Godaddy (Turbo SSL) onto my
clients R2 Box.  I can't get beyond the part where I point to the directory
where I have the .crt file.  When I choose the file the next button is
greyed out and the message above says: The pending certificate ...
