Experiencing regular crashes (w3SVC event 37) with IIS. Windows 2000 server, fully patched IIS5. Loaded IISState with -sc -d switches. IISState returns "(fac.d78): unknown exception - code 800706bf (first chance)" at the command line, but no log or dump file.
