Environment
IIS 5.0 running on windows 2000 professional, group (not joined to domain ).
Cliensts in windows 2003 domain need to upload files to this FTP.
ISA Server STD 2004 is in the middle

Could you please help me with directions to publish an XBAP from VS 2008
Pro. Here are the basic steps I've got so far, but it isn't yet working.
1) create a virtual directory (for example called 3D) in IIS, using a
physical file path.

I have installed the new Microsoft FTP 7.5 update on a Windows Server 2008
machine.  My primary driving force is the new FTP over SSL feature.  I have
gotten it to work; however, I cannot seem to get certain combinations to
work.  For example the following works:
