Hosting a simple Web Server on Windows XP IIS.
Everything works fine except can not access the site using WS_Ftp. It finds
and apparently connects to the site ok but then says "Error reading response
from server"

I've read that the port randomized by IIS for
passive connection needs to be from 1024 and
up. However, as far i can see, executing the
