We want to keep upload file's original modificatoin time. Is it possible to

Hello NG!
Running IIS 6.0. Want to use separate Directorys for different Users.
Set the Home Direcotry of the FTP Site to D:\ftproot.
Then created two Users: public and private. For each I created a Folder
