How prevent ftp users from listing the content of folder and sill get the files?23 Jan 2009 14:12 GMT1
I am trying to setup FTP site on Windows 2008 server. I am setting isolated
directories. I want to hide the contents of home directory from user.
Meanwhile I want the same FTP user be able to connect and download the file
when this file name is known to the user.

I'm running IIS 6.0 on a Win2k3 Enterprise w/SP2 box. I have MOM 2005
configured and running, it is monitoring the FTP Services and logon failures,
but I would also like to get an alert if a user's session has exceeded 1

Hello listers,
I want to setup a FTP server on my PC running Vista to have friends
downloading files from my PC.
I have A FTP client installed (CoreFTP and Serv-U).

I am trying to add 2 FTP sites using iis. on w2003 sb sp2
I added one server , tested  and everything worked perfectly.
But as soon as i adde another site both sites stoped responding to "500 port
command". (No, i am not running the same port on both sites)
