Is is possible to configure active directory  (Windows Server 2003 R2) in a
way that if a user logs onto FTP he sees a configured folder directly
instead of the home directory with all it's user folders?

I've followed the setup inscturctions on IIS.net to setup a secure ftp site.
I'm using a wildcard certificate and want to require ssl on ftp connections.

I'm playing with 2008 server right now.   For some reason it seems to take a
very long time to connect to my 2008 FTP virtual directory.   Once it
connects, I can transfer files but it takes a long time to connect.
