Well seems to be a normal problem that i can't find a clear answer for
[19:33:57] 530 User user cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

I'm trying to set up an IIS FTP site with multiple directories, but
want individual users to not see the root directory or anying outside
of their home directories.

friends can download photos & videos.  Maybe IIS is the way to go, perhaps
not.  I don't want anything that's really complicated.  I'm open to
suggestions of alternatives.  And, I'd really appreciate ...

I set up an ftp site and it works fine except that when I want to copy over
files I often get a message 'timed out' is there any way to set the timeout
variable? or it may be related to something else

I have been searching a way to run a batch file on a server remotely through
a FTP connection.  I have been told to use site and a sitecommandname.  
However, I am unable to find anything that explains how to create or do this.
My client is WS_FTP which can run the site ...
