I'm running an ftp site on my Longhorn server using IIS6.  I want to set it
up with the new FTP plug-in for IIS7, but the issue is that when I create the
website, it's disabled.  I imagine it's becaue it can't start an FTP service
on both IIS6 and IIS7, but I can't figure out how ...

We have a small Windows Server 2000 box that runs IIS 5.0
When users click the FTP link in IE7, they can view ALL the folders!!!  We
cannot upgrade this dinky machine to Server 2003 mainly because all our REAL
servers run that and we have our old Windows 2000 license running this
