After 3 hours, I've decided that whoever created Windows FTP in Windows 2003 using IIS 6.0 was drunk.. its the most unusable thing MS has ever released. Anyways I need help getting this working again. I had it working 100% fine for my use, which was just me FTP files

Problem issue 925522, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925522/en-us (“An FTP session that is copying a file from an FTP server appears to stop responding on a client computer that is running Windows Server 2003”) is still there, FTP sessions somethimes stop !

I have an FTP server which works fine. I can upload files using the windows explorer. but when I try to upload files using the FTP command line utility the file is not uploaded.
