I recently reinstalled Win 2003 web server on a computer and of course the
FTP site that I had setup went away with it. Anyway, I set it up again but am
having the same problem that I had when I first installed it about 6-8 months
ago and I can't remember the solution.

I can see from the logfiles that there are evil peoble trying to get access
to out ftp server (W2003), and I am suprised that they are able to try a new
password so fast,  I would have expected that the windows security system
would increase the delay every time a wrong password ...

Right now we have a proxy server which has enabled NTLM Autentication

I have created a site with Isolate Users Mode. Everything works fine, the
users are redirected to their folders.
I want to give one user (ftpadmin) access to the root level. So he can

I just recently moved an ftp server (the physical hardware) to a new
location, and it appeared to be working correctly user were able to log
in and I was happy.  However, when I was asked to setup a new user to
access our ftp site, I cannot get them to log in, I am getting a "530
