I have a XP with SP2 running FTP. The machine is member of our AD Domain. My problem is that only users which are member of the local Administrators group can login to the FTP Server. How can I grant FTP access to a local user on the XP machine?

I have a XP with SP2 running FTP. By accident I discovered that if I create a user and a folder in the root of the FTP site, with the exact same name, that folder becomes the root of the user.
