I think I have misunderstood sth about anonymous logons to FTP
Not wanting to use this option which sounds insecure, I created a special
user and gave him access to the FTP default folder with a password.
When I use this account to log on to my FTP server from my own computer

I'm still trying to set up my FTP server.
I was accessing it using my administrators account and I noticed that I
could go open up any file on my computer which I felt was risky.
So I created a new limited account and 'attributed'  it to the root default

All,
I am running an ftp server and many different websites on my Windows 2000

I have some clients that need to send me large files (10-100mb).  Obviously
email doesn't work for this.  I'm getting pressure to setup a ftp site that
clients with the appropriate password can post files.  Is this my only
