I am currently running MSFTP on a 2003 Server box. My ISP has assured me that my upload speed is 384k/sec yet when I am outside my network trying to pull something off the FTP, I can only reach speeds in the area of 30k/sec. Are there any ways that one can up that speed?

I come from the XP Embedded newsgroup, and it's been suggested to ask this question here, since no on on the embedded newsgroup knows the answer. We have the IIS FTP server setup to allow us (the manufacturer) full access to the C: drive using the Administrator account.
