Somewhere along the way I lost the ability to Start and Stop the SNA Service
or Connections from within SNA Manager.  I thought it was due to not being in
the HIS Admin group but that does not seem to be the case.   The options are
no longer available when right clicking.

I have updated the hotfix KB906915, but the problem is still exist.

Has anyone attempted to run HIS 2006 in either Vista (for development) or
Server 2008 (deployment) and tried to integrate the TI Manager with IIS 7?
Does anyone know if the integration can be done or not?

01 = invalid N(R) value sent.
After his event we  get the 23 event - connection failure (00AD)

I have reviewed the previous posts regarding these errors and seem to have a
more severe issue with them than described.
Present config:
OS is W2003 @ Sp1
