We have a single AD domain environment.  We have split-brain DNS: internal
W2K DNS servers to support AD and external DNS servers so people can find us
on the Internet.

is my scenario.
We've got an exchange (2003) backend server sitting on our internal
network.  On the internet connection side, we have two different DMZ's

We have an EX2000 server on Windows 2000 SP3? (say Server1), and want to
upgrade by using the 'swing server' method.
Installed a new EX2003 server SP1 on Windows 2003 SP1 (say Server2) - all
seems fine.
