I have a exchange 2K post service pack 3  on a win2K sp4 box

My Exchange 2003 Server cant send email to some email servers. Here is a
sample NDR error message.
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  
Please contact your system administrator.

We are having trouble receiving email from anyone outside the office.
Internally, we can send/receive just fine.  Additionally, we can send email
to anyone outside the office.  When someone sends an email from yahoo, msn,
or anywhere outside the office, the email never reaches ...

to use dns to route what dns records are needed to do this. example internet
router, firewall etc.

Hey Everybody,
I beg that somebody can shed some light on this for me.  I noticed I am
not the only person that is having this exact problem.
I have a single Windows 2003 Standard server with AD, IIS, DNS etc

Below is the Header from an E-mail that showed up in a co-workers mail box
but not mine with my Name & E-mail Address being used.
We're using MS Exchange 2000 SP1 on W2K Server SP4 (E-mail forwarding
through our Exchange Server is "disabled")
Event 1706: EXPS is unable to provide protocol security with "domain.com"01 Feb 2005 14:53 GMT4
Searched in the Internet but seems very difficult to sort this out.
I'm experiencing only Event 1706 on my Exchange 2000 SP 2(on WIN 2000
SP4).
The only way suggested is to defragment the Information Store (as
