My Exchange 2003 Server cant send email to some email servers. Here is a sample NDR error message. There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.

Below is the Header from an E-mail that showed up in a co-workers mail box but not mine with my Name & E-mail Address being used. We're using MS Exchange 2000 SP1 on W2K Server SP4 (E-mail forwarding through our Exchange Server is "disabled")
