I have two Domains (A&B) in a trusted enviroment over a
slow WAN.  Both
originally had exchange servers.  I have recently moved

Is there an easy way to figure out how much bandwidth is being used from
email between two sites? I checked the connector that links them, but can't
see anything in it that quantifies used bandwidth.

We have a problem with an unstable link between 2 of our Exchange 2000
SP3 servers and would like to extend the timeouts for messages
transmitted across this connection.  We would  like to try using a
secondary smtp virtual server to achieve this but we are having some

     I have a problem where internal emails, between exchange 2003 servers,
which are larger than 50K, remain queued and eventually timeout due to
exceeding the retry and timeout period. Has anyone experienced this problem
or has a resolution.

outgoing mail on my exchange2k server w/sp3 periodically will not send mail
to 2 domains, then it will start working and then it will stop. the last
thing in the message tracking log is "Message submitted to categorizer".
it may take an hour or a day but then the messages will ...

for migration purposes I run an exchange-to-notes connector. It was running
well but since 2 days all messages from exchange to notes get stuck in the
READYIN queue and the queue grows (370 messages up to the moment).
I recieve the following error messages:

have transfered all connectors and references over to the new server, since
getting rid of the first server all mail going to our exchagne 5.5 server

As a simple proof of concept I want to delete any outbound mail that is sent
from either Outlook or SMTP client if the subject does not contain the word
"Agreed".

I have several users that have internal accounts setup in exchange, but i
want their emails automatically forwarded to an external pop3 account
(because they are not connected at the moment to the exchange server).

Out going Messages are been held up in the SMTP queues,
it will take 40 to 50 minuets for a message to leave a
queue, anyone else have this issue?

I have a set up Exch2000 fresh load. I have locked relay capabilties to local
ip subnet. I have tested for open relay from outside - good. I have unchecked
allow authenticated users to relay setting. My smtp queue is filling fast. Is
there a utilty /software to see were this mail ...
