Not all but some emails that are sent to us..get bounced
back to them with a delayed notice. I've checked
dns....and everywhere else i can think of. I don't
understand why i can get email from some people..but

I hope someone can help me with a problem with my exchange
2000 server.
I have internal users who send/receive users.  I also have
users around the country that connect to the IP address of

We have one Exchange 2000 server that we migrated to from
an exchange 5.5 server.  Everything went fine during the
migration.  Our 5.5 server IMC was forwarding all emails
to a smarthost.  Our smarthost is an smtp

I have had this problem before.  The mail server stops
routing mail.  I try to stop and restart the smtp service
it won't stop.  
Last time this happened I reinstalled the smtp service

here is the issue
- W2K/Exch 2K box
- changed ISP's about a couple of weeks ago
- ensure that all MX records and A records are up to date

I am recovering from a shutdown of the message database due to reaching the 16GB limit.  I have done the recovery steps to temporarily increase the store limits by an additional 1GB.  All Exchange services seem to be starting properly.  However no incoming mail is being processed ...

I've got 3 E2K routing groups, in hub-spoke manner.
ie. A <-> B <-> C
However, routing group C has errors like EventID 929, which refers to the
connectors in routing group A and B.

I have a situation in which a particular internal user (A) cannot send a message to another internal user (B), but she (A) can send to other internal users. When A tries to email B, she gets back the following NDR:

when my server have some problems,such as IS is down,after
the server goes ok,have some mails in unreachable
queqe.sender is: servername-IS and recevier
is:otherservername-IS.
