I am recovering from a shutdown of the message database due to reaching the 16GB limit. I have done the recovery steps to temporarily increase the store limits by an additional 1GB. All Exchange services seem to be starting properly. However no incoming mail is being processed ...

Does anyone know if there is a way to delay a delivery of email. What I want to do is that when the sender, press "Send" in Outlook I would like the email to wait for three minutes
