MTA doesn't start. Eventlog shows following entry:

My mail server is running Exchange 2000.
When I send mails to
some domains (eg dreiersystems.ch and vanlooy.com)I get

On my Exchange 2000 server there are several SMTP queues
that appear to be spam relay attempts but as I have
checked the server from several sources to verify we are
not an open relay I am wondering how to get rid of these

I just migrated from NT to Windows server 2000. Currently

Question about configuring exchange 2000 to accept email
from one domain only.
We subscribe to a SPAM filtering service. Our MX records
point to this service and then their system is configured

All outbound mail is working properly, but I'm getting several of the following

I am running Ex 2000 on an Win2K AD network.  I am trying to send an
attachment to another company also running Exch2000.  I can send emails
directly to the customer, however, when I attempt to send an attachment, I
get a delay message.

I had a 475 Event ID.
After this event in users mailboxes e-mails appear in many copies. So one
mail can be in 100 copies for example and number of them are increasing.
This concerns every mailbox.
