How to monitore item deleted of the calendar ?

The user reported that item was deleted.
Is there tools where i monitore this situation ?

I have installed domain controller and exchange server enterprise 2007 +SP 1
on windows 2008 enterprise 64-bit OS.
I have downloaded the load generator from

How can i update my Exchange System Management on our Windows Server
