We're currently running Exchange 2003 sp2.  Our parent organization is
running Notes.  Can anyone tell me if the Exchange connector is compatible
with Domino/Lotus Notes V8.  Also, is there a minimum bandwidth requirement
to run the Exchange connector or calendar connector.

How do I remove the Exchange 2003 System Manager from my XP workstation? If
I try to do it from Add/Remove Programs, or by running setup from the
Exchange CD, I do not get the option to remove them.

does anyone know how long it may take to defrag and compact abou 50Gig data

2. Are there any tools that will report on average how much mail is coming
into your network?

5.5 had XADM: Bulk Import/Export.  Is there an equvalent for 2003?  
What I want is a way to export message id (guid), to, from, sender to a flat
file.  PST won't help.

How do I install Exchange 2007 Admin tools on the Windows XP?  I am looking
for the same tools as Exchange 2000 (Systems Manager, etc.).  I want to be
able to look at the mailbox, mailbox size, etc. without logging in to the
Exchange server.

exchange 2k7 forest without a Trust.
I am thinking to use Ex-merge, but i understand E2k7 doesnt use exmerge.
