I'm working with the PFDAVADMIN tool. When I attempt to expand the folder

I am trying to perform a brick-level backup of the Public Folders.
I am getting a log response telling me I do not have sufficient permissions
to perform the operation.  The scenario is this:

i want to execute EXBPA every month (example), now can i automate this
execution?
Every report will be archived in one folder where i will check, or review,
or send by email, or ftp... etc.

Is there a tool , or a way ,  to get a map , possibly in visio, of the
Exchange organization topology ?
