I have the same problem as Martin, but with a email enabled public folder. Due to a bounced email between two postboxes, my server was full after two hours :-( And now I have the problem to delete all these mails....

The production server crashed and had to be reformatted/reloaded. However, a backup tape captured the previous day's MDBDATA files. Bought a new server and did a Swing migration to it. The new server has the reloaded server's AD and Exchange store. All is well.

The mailbox store is ove the limit. I have deleted all that can be. Should I now do an offline defrag? If so, where do I find the instructions on how to do this? Are there any special precautions I should take?

I need to use exmerge to export some user's mailboxes. The problem I'm getting is that it only creates a max. 2 GB PST but some of the mailboxes are as large as 10 GB. I might be able to export them by some options such as date or folders, etc. But I want to know if possible ...
