which already has active directory installed on Windosw 2000 servers. I

I am having getting inquiries about some puzzling email
delivery/reception problems.  "Message Tracking" only tells me What
happened and When.  I would like to know Why, How and Who as well.
 Can anyone point me to any docs or tracking and monitoring

Is a Catchall Mailbox a good idea?
I know we do not want to loose any mail but our catchall is 99.99999997 full
of SPAM.

Exchage 5.5 (on Windows 2Kserver) migration to Exchage Server 2003 (on
Windows 2K3 server) has failed.

IMAP and import it into Exchange but have recently started to get Event ID
errors 8074 on the import.  The description says "failed to connect to the
mailbox SMTP:user@domain".
