I have a x509 v3 certificate from third-party CA, i can sign and encrypt (

My workstation is running XP SP2 with Microsoft.Net Framework 2.
EXBPA says it needs .Net 1.1 installed . Does this mean I have to install
1.1 as well as 2.0? or is there another way around this issue.
