I ran the Exchange Best Practices Analyzer today and got the attached results.
Item 1 -- I have already changed the offline address book to only generate
at 5 AM daily.
Items 2 and 5 -- are not clear to me. How does Active Directory Sites and

Is there any way (or third party tool) that can create rule such as:
If you get 10 emails from the same sender in a time period of 2 minutes then
Only the first mail is kept and the other 9 mails will be deleted.

I ran the Exchange BPA tool and there were a couple of things that it has
suggested.  One being I need to increase the maximum database size (our
mailbox store is 18gb).

Running Exchange 2003 Enterprise w/ SP2 on Win2k3 standard w/SP1  I'm
receiving several warnings after running Exchange "Best Practices Analyzer
Tool" as follows:

I get this error when running EXPB.exe, I have checked the permissions of the
CIV2 and checked the MSExchangeIS counters are enabled also I can connect
remotely using System Info MMC ; any ideas?

I've been attempting to migrate data from Groupwise 6.5.  I have set up a
dedicated Server 2003 machine with the Novell client (4.9 SP2) and the
Groupwise client installed.  Each time the wizard runs it completes but we
have the following issues:

Enterprise with SP2.
However, the IT Director is concerned about IMF slowing down mail processing
and having a performance hit on Exchange.
