I get this error when i try to migrate a users mailbox from Exchange5.5 to sbs2k3: "The following mailboxes cannot be migrated because they are owned by the same Windows account as another mailbox"

I have installed an exchange server 2003 on windows server 2003 and configured it send internal and external mails. The internal send and receive is working fine but, users can only receive external mail. they cannot send external mail, why?

I'm wondering if there is a way that I can use to calculate my exchange mailbox growth over the past few months/years. Somehow I need an complete index of all messages with creation date so that I can calculate how much the mailbox store is growing per month/year.
