ExBPAT v2.0 - Unable to schedule a scan31 Mar 2005 17:53 GMT2
Has anyone encountered this issue with the new version of the Exchange Best
Practices Analyzer tool?  When I attempt to schedule a scan, the option is
"greyed out".  Is this option enabled somewhere else within the tool?  Thanks.

I've been trying for a month to get Exmerge to work on my SBS 2003, but I
can't get past the "Error configuring message service (MSPST MS) (UNKNOWN
ERROR)  (CMapiSession::CreateEMSPSTProfile)" error in the log file.
Is there an alternative to Exmerge? - all I need to do is import ...
Mail stuck in outbound SMTP queue27 Mar 2005 01:03 GMT1
I posted this in the SBS group and did not receive a reply.
Once in a while I'll receive a delivery notification of an email being
delayed.  When I look in the SMTP queue and click on the delayed message it
shows that the connection was dropped by the local host.  I don't receive

Would it be possible to add a little more intelligence to the smtp open
relay testing?  Such as looking at the IP restrictions for relay so that a
statement could be made like "your system is open to relay, but this is

I'm getting "domain controller response time" messages on two Exchange 2003
servers. Sometimes they're errors, sometimes warnings. Every time I run the
tool it seems to pick different DCs to report the message about.
This message is not reported when run on the 12 or so Exchange ...

Just downloaded and installed ExBPA 2.0, after removing ExBPA 1.x, which
run without problems on my machine.

I am going through the Deployment and Administration Guide for the above tool
but it doesn't tell me where the installation wizard is located.  Is it on
the Exchange 2003 CD, resource kit, on the web or is this an additional
purchanse?
