I am using exchange 2003 in a resouce domain for an NT domain. Two way
trusts are set up and the Win2003 accounts are disabled and are associated
with the NT user accounts.
In outlook when I setup an internet profile I cannot logon to the exchange

In some cases when a user receive a mail in the TO field and there is
another person of the organization in the CC, the mail is only delivered
to the person in the CC but no the one in the TO.
