Does anyone know of a way to add IP addresses to the List of authorized forwarders in the SMTP section of Exchange 2003 via a script? I have looked into doing this through VB, VBScript or ADSI editors. If anyone knows of the best solution for this, let me know.

I have a win 2000 + Exchange 2000 with all patches and GFI 9 Mail Ess. In some cases when a user receive a mail in the TO field and there is another person of the organization in the CC, the mail is only delivered to the person in the CC but no the one in the TO.
