We have an Win2000 server with Exchange 2000 with the lates servicepack and patches. When i try to send an e-mail to an external e-mail account, i get it in return. And the error message is this.

I have a very strange problem: in my organization I have two Exchange 2003 Servers both with SMTP Service enabled and visbile to/from the outside world (thru an ISA Server). The two SMTP have the SAME settings, no differences (I checked it at least 1000 times).

Messages are being held in PreSubmissionQueue to the point where you can send a message to yourself and it can take up to 10min to showup in the inbox. No Exchange AV software installed.
