I have to add a list of 300 IP addresses to the "SMTP Connection" and "Relay Restrictions" access control lists on an SMTP Virtual Server. Does anyone know of a way to automate this?

We have 2 Exchange 2000 servers, both SP3. One of which accepts incoming mail from our ISP via an SMTP feed. Until recently all had been working fine but in the last week the server appears to stop reveiving mail from the feed for some reason?

I get the message: Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes has encountered an internal error that it could not recover from. It was working fine then it just quit working. There is only 1 KBase "Q" Article and it is not helpful.

I have stupidly uninstalled and re-installed the SMTP service on our SBS2000 machine, now all incoming messages are going to C:\inetpub\mailroot\drop instead of to exchange!!! no incoming or outgoing mail seems to be making its destination
