I was wondering if anyone by any chance would know where I could find
documentation to migrate Exchange 2000 Server to another one in parallel and
then after a certain amount a time I will be decommisoning that server.
I want to only move the mailboxes slowly.

We have 2 OWA Servers; one in Chicago and another in London. How can I have
a single URL and achieve redundancy between the two systems. I still need US
users to use Chicago Server as primary and European users to use London as
primary.
