After installing the post SP3 rollup when user tries to send an email (new, reply, or forward) from OWA user gets a new window with "Page cannot be Displayed" when they click the send button.

I don't have an option to create a X 400 stack on my exchange 2000 server when I right click on the X 400 protocol subfolder. I have it on one of my server but not on the other one.
