we have a problem with different mobile devices when we try to sync with the exchange server(2003 SP2) the problem is : the pocket pc can sync, but no new email is shown on the device.

We have just started using direct push successfully but I am having a problem with the mobileadmin activesync administration tool. The web page loads fine but there is no data in the transaction logs and the remote device wipe search does not find any devices.
