Exchange - Smartphone Activesync guide ?28 Apr 2007 02:39 GMT7
I have Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003, and we are getting Treo 750w with
Cingular.  I will need to set up email on these devices with Activesync,
and I don't think my ovlerlords will be pre-disposed to patience on this
project.

Sorry for cross posting, but I need a solution fast if one is to be found,
else I'm calling PSS.
I am supporting a handful of Verizon Treo 700w phones that were syncing
e-mail via the Verizon network just fine.  Now they are all having problems
Extending Remote Wipe beyond Mobile Administration Web Tool21 Apr 2007 05:35 GMT7
My company is a Microsoft partner and provides Exchange Server 2003 hosting

server.

seems as if the only way I can get it to work is to open port 80 (HTTP)....
Is there any way to make it so I can access OMA using

Wireless Active Sync only IPM.Message?16 Apr 2007 18:18 GMT1
We just installed a new Avaya IP Office this weekend, and one of the
benefits is the voicemails come to you via an e-mail with an attached WAV
file.
These seem to be sent NOT as IPM.Messages, so Outlook treats them

Can I use SSL for OWA *AND* ActiveSync w/ a single Exchange server? Error 0x8501001412 Apr 2007 16:35 GMT5
I'm getting the dreaded 0x85010014 error when I try to sync a
smartphone w/ an Exchange server. I've read the KB article that says
to disable SSL on the Exchange virtual directory. But, the problem is,
we want SSL. The idea of ActiveSync not using SSL seems like a bad

Does WM6 use autodiscovery?10 Apr 2007 18:26 GMT9
Hi, I was playing with the WM6 device emulator image and when I was
configuring for Server Activesync, I noticed it does not ask me for my email
address so that it can autodiscover my EAS URL (presumably I have the app
DNS record published).

OWA 2007 on Windows Mobile03 Apr 2007 23:02 GMT8
We recently published OWA for Exchange 2007 with ISA 2006.  OWA works
fine on PC based system from outside the network, the public facing
side.  We bought a trusted cert from Verisign.
Its does not work on SmartPhones using Windows Mobile 5.0.
