This is supposed to be an easy task, go to Mobile Services in the ESM and disabled it, then enable it in the user properties in ADUC - Exchange Features for the people we want to allow ActiveSync access. The problem: If we do that, the existing 1100 users settings in ADUC -

Exchange 2003 Win 2K3 Both are upgrades from 2000 OWA works fine, OMA gives a blank page and error 1503 in the event log.
