I have been working 2 straight days on one issue:
Treo 700wx, SBS 2003 R1 SP1, with Exchange sp2..
I was able to sync up with a clients server that is identical to ours.

I have an issue that im lost with. We run Exch 2003 with OWA and Active
Sync. When the moto Q came out, we got a few of them. Since then I have
about 10 on site. I am the exch admin and domain admin here. We have
OWA published on a ISA2004 server. Here is the strangest thing. Every

In my contacts folder, I have several sub contact folders to better organize
my contacts.
When I active sync using my smartphone, only the main folder shows up.

Is there anything special I need to do on the server end to allow a user to

I have a user who has a Treo Smartphone 700.  I've done nothing at the
server end, other than check off the boxes to enable mobile access.
