My Boss has a jasjar imate mobile. i want to sync publicfolders on exchange
server 2003 Sp2 but I can't.when i sync with exchange the mobile can't see
the public folders and when I want to sync the mobile with Local folders

When trying to connect to OMA, either via handheld device or PC, I get the
following error in Internet Explorer:
"Unable to connect to your mailbox on server "servername". Please try again

I have two users using Treo 700's to connect to Exchange Server 2003
sp2. They are on the Verizon network. One use has the ability from
Outlook on WM5 to manage folders. For the other user this option is
grayed out. Any idea's on how to resolve this issue.

We have a major active push problem, whenver a new mail arrives it only
appears on the mobile client when the user is simultaneously logged in via
owa or outlook. (no were not pop3ing ;) ).

I'm not quite understand the Direct Push Technology.
I got a PDA with WM5.0 installed, I setup ActiveSync 4.2 with the Exchange
Server Connection.
However, emails were not Direct Push to my Mobile.
