I have two users using Treo 700's to connect to Exchange Server 2003 sp2. They are on the Verizon network. One use has the ability from Outlook on WM5 to manage folders. For the other user this option is grayed out. Any idea's on how to resolve this issue.

I'm not quite understand the Direct Push Technology. I got a PDA with WM5.0 installed, I setup ActiveSync 4.2 with the Exchange Server Connection. However, emails were not Direct Push to my Mobile.
