Have some users who cannot open up a powerpoint file while logged into OWA....others can. Same file, same version of IE, same version of PowerPoint. Any Ideas

I have a new E2k3 server (sp2) running at a branch office. When I move mailboxes there, and update the activesync address on their Treo 700w's, activesync works fine... except that when users delete items from their Treo, they do not get moved from their inbox after the next ...

My ActiveSync stopped working for no apparent reason, and I've tried just about everything I can find to solve the issue: Microsoft KB817379 - wherein we create a new OMA virtual directory Microsoft KB905214 - which was not an issue in my setup

We have the Blackberry Enterprise Server for our stable of Blackberries and 2 Treo 700w's that receive mail via MS direct push. One of our BB users is evaluating a Treo - and both units are being used simultaneously to access the same mailbox on our Exchange server.

I have a user at our company who recently received a T-Mobile MDA that we have had all sorts of problems with trying to get ActiveSync to work with it and our Exchange Server. The server is Exchange 2003 SP2, and it is running on Windows 2000 Server

I have looked at articles on MS and other websites, and have found no one who says how to get this to work, at least in my situation. OMA is enabled in Exchange System Manager. I have played with all of the scenarios for all of the virtual web servers related to OMA and ActiveSync ...

I've recently set up a virtual lab where I have Exchange 2003 SP2 with the Mobile Admin tool installed. I also am using the MS Device Emulator to load up a virtual handheld device running WM 5.0 with MSFP. I got this all running yesterday and was using it to test Remote Wipe

OWA to EX2K3 SP2 is already working beautifully through ISA Sever 2004. There is a need to add our vice president's Mobile Device to do activesync to his mailbox in EX2K3.

Hello. I have no success in setting up the Motorola Q to use Activesync to our Ex2K3. In the ISA 2004, I already have a OWA rule which, of course, uses Forms Based authentication.
