Can anyone point me to a site where I can figure out how to configure my WM2005 device to sync with my front end server, or does it have to be the server hosting my mailbox? Waiting on the MSFP from verizon, but from reading other posts on here that could be a while, if ever.

Intsalled Exchange 2003 SP, using internal network the Mobile Sync works Ok. My problems start when trying to sync remotely using GPRS. If I've understood things, I need to use a SSL connection and therefore opened port 443 on my firewall.

I have setup exchange 2003 sp2 to allow direct push. I do have a WM5 phone with the msfp beta. However, I cannot get direct push to function properly. I do see a 9 minute interval replication, but the device will not sync

I had configured a device to my test server everything goes gine to have direct push. So I reconfigure my PPC to point my production server and on the pocket the options "as item arrive" is not present anymore.

My question is a basic one but I could not find an answer in the White Paper 'Mobile Access Using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003'. Is it possible to make the Exchange Server available over the web but only permit this feature on certain mailboxes?
